Using the platform
My Disability Status provides case-management software for authorized disability advocates, attorneys, firm staff and clients. Use it only for information you are authorized to access and process. Public signup is a request for review, not immediate acceptance or a purchase.
Professional responsibility
The platform is not SSA, a law firm or your representative. It does not establish an attorney-client relationship. Firms remain responsible for eligibility advice, representation agreements, deadlines, filings, evidence, client communications, fee authorization and professional review. Users must verify extracted dates, case facts, citations and AI-generated drafts before relying on them.
Accounts and acceptable use
Protect private access links and authenticator codes. Do not share accounts, probe other workspaces, upload malicious files, interfere with service, or process information without authorization. Firm owners manage their staff and client access. Platform administrators may suspend accounts to address misuse or security issues and record administrative actions.
Your content and external services
You retain your rights in the material you provide. You authorize processing necessary to deliver the features you request. Use of AI, communications, records, signing, filing or payment providers may require separate accounts, permissions, agreements and charges. A workflow entry is not proof that a document was filed, delivered, signed or paid.
Availability and preview limitations
Features may change during evaluation. The current preview has configured and unconfigured integrations; availability is shown in the app and release audit. No benefit award, legal result, processing time, uptime level or fee recovery is guaranteed. Do not use the support system for emergencies or time-critical legal filings.
Support, fees and ending access
Use account support for technical issues and Contact for account inquiries. Pricing, payment, cancellation, exports and any service-level commitments must be agreed separately before a paid service starts. Suspension does not itself delete records; retention, holds and backups must be addressed through an authorized process.
Privacy and changes
Read the Privacy Policy for the current handling of website, account and case information. Final commercial terms and any required data-processing agreement should be reviewed by the operator and subscribing firm before production use. Updated versions will be dated here.
